Mission Statement
To ensure that every child in our school management receives the best quality education to enable them to become productive citizens.
Goals
Provide and strengthen the Spiritual life of students and teachers
Increase the level of Literacy and Numeracy among school children
Establish a library in every school
Construct and equip computer labs in every Anglican School
Establish a Remediation Center in each school with a trained Reading Recovery Specialist
Provide opportunities for Health and Wellness among teachers and students
Provide appropriate and continuing training for our teachers
To equip students and teachers with knowledge, attitudes and behaviors pertaining towards HIV and AIDS.
Develop environmental awareness among communities
History of Anglican Education - Belize
Established the first school in 1816 – Honduras Free School
Three Honduras Free Schools by 1855
Diocesan High School for girls established in 1897
Diocesan High School for boys established on the early 1900’s
Anglican Church continues to be forerunners in all Educational milestones
